Yes, yes, we are all still alive and kickin’ here at the Smith homestead. March has just taken us for a bit of a spin with trips and parties and attempting to find a rhythm in the wake of such chaos.

Kansas City was amazing. Austin for Matthew was amazing. Our kids were troopers while the revolving door of Parent-In-Control kept changing. And we are now all four breathing a sigh of relief as a full two months of staying put is ahead.

The boys have been enjoying the warmer weather and having the occasional tea party like all good men should.

Spending the rest of the time flaunting their muscles and trying to impress the ladies. With chicken crumbs on the face…works every time.

For now, it’s a rainy, dreary afternoon and I need to make the most of these 2 hours of nap-time-silence I’ve been given. There are important things to do…like take a nap.

If you miss the daily in and outs of the ever-entertaining minismiths, the boys are now on twitter, so they quit hogging my account and making me look boring. Or at least their crazy comments will be. Which I know they’ll thank me for in their teen years.
