secrets
The brothers conspiring together this morning on how to coordinate their crying spells, hunger panges and diaper explosions throughout the day to see if their mom is really up to standards with this whole Mommy Job thing.
I think she gets a C…maybe a C+...here at the end of the day. Patience was definintely running low as Brighton cried for snacks or drinks everytime I sat down to nurse Levi, as Levi cried for a diaper change right as B got in the highchair for lunch, and both seemed to have unexplainable crying spells at various, simultaneous points throughout the day.
Despite the chaos, we still managed to make it through the hectic morning and first part of the afternoon. Matthew arrived home early to finish work from home and snap a few shots of our seemingly peaceful playtime. If only he’d been here 1 hour earlier. He probably would have gotten back in the car and returned to work.
This morning we listened to a our new favorite, Ray LaMontagne, over and over. Brighton loves singing along to the song “Trouble” grabbing either his baseball bat or wooden roll toy as a microphone singing “Chaaaaaange” over and over, as he learned from his dad this weekend. He’s actually standing on the couch right now as I type singing into his toy screwdriver, even without the soundtrack in the background. With Matthew and my genes, he’s unfortunately bound to have issues like this.

I can’t believe how big Levi looks in these pictures! The top pic is so cute of the boys.
It was so great to see you all on Sunday! We’re so thankful for your friendship! I hope you enjoyed your dinner :). Eating it (and smelling it) reminds me of the Cheltenham house :).

Listen, A & M, you’ve got to get that
karioke performance on tape! Borrow a
camera, or use the movie thingy on your
digital. We have to see & hear this
performance.
Wonderful pics. We-Why looks so grown
up in pants & shirt.
Amy, I’d give you a big old A for
your Job well done!
