a drop in
I keep waiting for a moment to sit down and write. Share the pictures from the week. Talk about the the spots we’re finding. But alas…the house is constantly pestering us to transform it into a home, the boys have an uncanny way of needing me every time they hear my laptop creak open, evenings are full of hanging shelves/pictures/curtains, and Greenville continues to lure us outdoors with this beautiful weather, longing to win us over and urging us to explore all it has to offer. So instead of wallowing in guilt over the slew of unanswered emails sitting in my inbox that have piled up from weeks of procrastination, the list of phone calls to return that just keeps growing longer, tonight, I’ll keep this short and just post the latest shots captured. More pics on the flickr site here.
pj’s…we like to stay in these for the better part of the day lately. Word, Levi is all about that.
We all miss Mimi. She left on Monday. Brighton misses the story time. Levi misses the extra belly kisses. Callie and I miss our mom and all the benefits that offers :)
Exploring nature around Greenville. Sunday we drove over to Paris Mtn for a short hike. It made Matthew antsy for the unpacking of our fly fishing gear that’s been in hibernation since we left CO.
Levi digs the backpack
B is pretty thrilled about the tunnel he and Callie discover. Perfect for throwing rocks down…
...then again, who wants to throw rocks when you can throw boulders?!
Taking a break. Levi catching bugs.
Getting his feet wet wasn’t enough. Full body dipping is much more fun…
...which inevitably involves full body strip down for the ride home.
