Grace in Small Things: Part 23 of 365

1. Rocking my normally uncuddly toddler in his weakened – and very cuddly – croupy state.

2. Returning to our favorite outdoor train park for the first time in weeks. Still chilly, but manageable.

3. Brainstorming for the new minismith redesign with Matthew last night!!

4. Being awoken at 5am by a scared B who was crawling into bed with us for the first time ever. Better yet was his description of his bad dream, “It was a silly guy with a funny nose, Mom!” This type of waking up is MUCH better than early infanthood waking up.

5. A generous, last minute offer by Emily – my little sister – to babysit the boys last night so Matthew and I could go out with our friends together. And start the week off on the right foot. Ahhh, I will NEVER underestimate the relief of having family nearby ever again!
