the offspring of boodalee and blik
If I was a kazillionare and had nothing else to worry about in life besides decking out my children’s room, I would be having a Boodalee affair. Spending all my money and time immersed in their designs and debating which one I’d buy from one week to the next changing up the boys room on any given whim.
You can image my absolute delight when Boodalee wed Blik a few months ago, giving birth to these amazing decals, which I promptly snatched up.
And not so promptly, had them sitting in a box for about a month before getting them up on the boys newly painted blue wall.
Until this morning. I set out with scissors, scrapey thing, and a freshly swept floor. After many, many hours of cutting, smoothing, and arranging, the decals are finally complete. And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM!! As does Brighton…and most likely Levi, if he ever decides to wake up from his morning nap.
I wish I were a little kid again and could have this room for myself.
I had a few extra leaves that I lined the bunk and door frame with.
I know, I know…you’re thinking, “Enough with the pictures already, Amy.” But come on, people! I spent THREE FREAKING HOURS doing this (each tiny design is like an individual temporary tatoo), so indulge my sense of accomplishment.
Brighton is begging for some lunch, so I guess I should stop lovingly stroking these walls and go feed my child.
