Matthew’s sister always kindly sends us the newest Nikki McClure calendars every year for Christmas. They’ve been special to us as the artist always incorporates her son into the drawings somehow, who was born around the same time as Brighton. So her son has “grown” through the pictures as B has.

I flipped to November a month ago, noting the somewhat ominous picture above. Little did I know, surviving is exactly what we would be doing that entire month. Now I can barely believe it’s December and Christmas is just a short bit away. I’ll get around to writing more one of these days, but for now, enjoy these videos Matthew captured of our adventure last night. We ditched bedtime and instead stuffed our pj-clad boys in the car to go see the Roper Mountain Lights.

The anticipation. Yes, we are a horrifically cheezy family at times. I love B’s chest bump with Levi at the end though :)
